2. Tell us about your company
Complete a short onboarding about your team, current challenges, problem areas, and the changes you want to see.
3. Complete the leadership assessment
Evaluate your current leadership systems across areas like role clarity, communication, standards, accountability, coaching, and team development.
4. Hear directly from your employees
On eligible plans, send an anonymous Pulse Survey to your employees to compare their experience with leadership's assessment and identify perception gaps.
5. Get your results and personalized roadmap
See where your organization is strongest, where improvement is needed, and generate a customized roadmap that puts the highest-priority improvements in the right order.
6. Build better systems
Work through your roadmap at your own pace using guided tasks, templates, tools, and resources to turn recommendations into systems your team can actually use.
7. Become a more effective leader
Use Workforce Catalyst's coaching tools to give better feedback, address employee issues, improve performance, recognize great work, and be more intentional with your team.
8. Reevaluate after 90 days
Retake your assessments, review your progress, and see what improved, what still needs attention, and where to focus next.
