This AI Disclaimer applies to generative-AI features provided through Workforce Catalyst. ## 1. AI-Generated Content Certain Workforce Catalyst features use third-party generative AI to create draft guidance, explanations, conversation outlines, documentation suggestions, summaries, or similar material. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, non-unique, misleading, or inappropriate for the situation. AI output is not a fact, finding, legal conclusion, professional opinion, command, or final decision. A fluent or confident response is not proof of accuracy. ## 2. Human Review Is Required Users must meaningfully review AI output, compare it with reliable facts, consider applicable company policies and law, correct errors, and use independent judgment before relying on it or sharing it. AI output may not be used as the sole basis for: - hiring or firing; - discipline or performance ratings; - promotion, demotion, or compensation; - scheduling or work assignments; - eligibility, benefits, leave, or accommodations; - workplace investigations or credibility findings; - safety, medical, or emergency decisions; or - any other significant employment decision. The employer and its authorized decision-maker remain fully responsible for the final record, communication, action, and outcome. ## 3. No Legal, HR, Medical, or Safety Advice AI output does not constitute legal, human-resources, medical, mental-health, safety, tax, or other professional advice. It does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Consult qualified professionals familiar with the facts and jurisdiction when appropriate. Do not delay emergency response, required reporting, employee protection, accommodation processes, or legal consultation while waiting for AI output. Contact emergency services when there is an immediate threat. ## 4. Inputs and Sensitive Information Do not enter unnecessary names, diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment information, account credentials, biometric or genetic data, background reports, immigration documents, information about children under 13, or other prohibited regulated information. When describing a workplace issue, use the minimum information needed. Use a job role, initials, or a neutral identifier when possible. Customer is responsible for having authority to submit the information. ## 5. How Workforce Catalyst Uses AI Assessment scores and pulse-comparison metrics are calculated through fixed formulas and rules. Generative AI may explain an existing score or recommendation but cannot change the stored score or rule match. Issue Coach AI may generate draft guidance from case information submitted by the user. Its output does not override deterministic guardrails, escalation indicators, company policy, legal duties, or human judgment. Workforce Catalyst does not use identifiable Customer Content to train third-party AI models or Workforce Catalyst models without explicit written permission. Commercial API providers may process inputs and outputs under their applicable commercial terms and configured retention settings. ## 6. Non-Unique Outputs and Intellectual Property AI outputs may resemble outputs provided to others and may contain material subject to third-party rights. Users must review outputs for confidentiality, accuracy, appropriateness, and intellectual-property risk before external use. ## 7. No Guaranteed Result Workforce Catalyst does not guarantee that AI output will be available, accurate, complete, unbiased, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.
